By accessing and using NoSpoilerHighlights.com ("the Service") you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

NoSpoilerHighlights.com provides spoiler-free football highlights by:

• Indexing football matches and fixtures, without ever storing or displaying scores or results
• Searching for publicly available highlight videos on YouTube
• Presenting those videos with their titles and thumbnails hidden, so you can watch without being shown the result first

We host no video content of our own. Every video plays through the official YouTube player, from the channel that published it.

3. YouTube Terms of Service

By using this Service you acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Service uses the YouTube Data API v3 to find and display video content, and all such use is subject to YouTube's terms. See our Privacy Policy for what YouTube receives when you play a video.

4. User conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to:

• Use the Service in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or the servers and networks it depends on
• Use automated means to access, scrape or interact with the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Intellectual property

The Service is operated by CPJ Development. The Service and its original content, features and functionality remain the property of CPJ Development and its licensors, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.

Third-party intellectual property

Apart from NoSpoilerHighlights.com branding, all logos, names, trademarks and other intellectual property shown on the Service belong to their respective owners. This includes but is not limited to:

• Football club logos, names and trademarks
• Competition and league logos, names and trademarks
• Player names and likenesses
• Stadium names and images
• All video content, which remains the property of the channels and rights holders that published it

We claim no ownership of any third-party intellectual property and reference it for informational purposes only. All rights remain with their respective owners. If you are a rights holder and believe content is referenced improperly, contact us at the address below.

6. Accuracy of information

Fixture data comes from third-party providers and background text is partly generated automatically from publicly available sources. We make no guarantee that it is complete, current or free from error. Video availability varies by country and can change without notice.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

In particular, while the Service is designed to avoid revealing match results, we cannot guarantee that no spoiler will ever reach you, including through third-party content such as the YouTube player, external links, or video content itself.

8. Limitation of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NOSPOILERHIGHLIGHTS.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Third-party content and links

The Service contains embedded content and links to third-party websites and services that we neither own nor control, including YouTube and Wikipedia. We accept no responsibility for their content, policies or practices. Note that following an external link may reveal results that the Service itself hides from you.

11. Modifications to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, and will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.
